Message	Anyone who disagrees with this is misinformed and confrontational. This is not MHO, this is fact. People who don't have any rel problems in their life will create new ones so they have something to do. I had one mishap with Z1 about 7 years ago and Russell immediately made it right. I have dealt with Russell and John for years and sometimes it shocks me how much they are willing to go out of their way to help me. I'm not saying that they are the best or only vendor available. I have also had nothing but great experiences with Specialty Z, Powertrix, IPP, amongst a few others. Running a business is incredibly difficult and that's the reason that most people never have one and 99% of the people who do, fail.
